To add your profile photo:

1. Login (if not already)
2. Click on My account
3. Click on Edit
4. Under the heading Picture, click on browse
5. Choose the picture which meets the file limitation mentioned above
6. Click Open
7. Click Save

Your image file has to fit with the following limits: max 85 pixels in height, max 85 pixels in width, and a file size no large than 300 kb.
